It’s Empowerment Monday, and it’s time for another one of my personal Top Ten Affirmations list.  This one is devoted to manifesting your ideal relationship.  Let’s get to it.

TOP TEN AFFIRMATIONS FOR ATTRACTING YOUR IDEAL RELATIONSHIP

1.  I am available and obtainable for my ideal relationship.

2. I give and receive love easily and unconditionally

3.  I am perfect whole and complete just the way I am

4. I am loving and lovable

5.  I am always meeting all the right people at all the right times right now.

6.  I am open to all possibilities

7. I am looking for and receiving love in all the right places.

8.  I naturally attract my ideal relationships

9.  The ideal relationship that i am looking for is also looking for me

10. I am worthy of my ideal relationship.

If you want to attract your ideal relationship, anytime of day is a great time to say and/or writie the above affirmations.  The most powerful time however, as I have mentioned before is the 1/2 hour before you go to bed.  So start affirming now and love will be in the air and on its way to you.

It’s Celebration Friday, and I want to take a moment today to celebrate the lives of two individuals who by now you know have passed on from this earth.  They are of course Michael Jackson and Farah Fawcett.  You might wonder why The Champions Heart would want to celebrate these two individuals, given that they have both had their share of controversies and scandals.

The fact of the matter is I think both Michael and Farah offer two extraordinary examples of people being true to themselves, choosing a path and following their heart in a way that was right for them even if other people didn’t understand or agree.

In the case of Farah, she was on top of the world, star of a hit tv show, and yet after only one year on the show, she knew she wanted and was capable of more, even if hollywood didn’t realize it.  She walked away from “Charlies Angels” even though she wouldn’t be able to get work for years, because she was still under contract to the show.

She chose not to work, rather than work on something that was not fulfilling or challenging for her.  She would go on re-invent herself and receive great critical acclaim for several tv film and feature film roles.

As for Michael Jackson, the world may never see another performer as gifted and talented as Michael.  He expereince more than his share of accusations and scandal, none of which where ever proven.  I am not here to defend Michael Jackson, I simply choose to look at what we know.

He was adored by fans around the world of all ages all races.  Even if they didn’t always understand how he chose to live and express himself off stage, no one could deny the seemingly limiltess talent he posessed, and the joy he brought to those who saw him in concert and or listened to his music on their stereo.

Following your own heart especially when doing so causes suspicion, misunderstanding, judgements, etc, is by no means an easy jounrey for anyone.  At the same time it is always the best choice in terms of the evolution of our soul.

Despite what your personal feelings may be about these two individulas, I encourage you to focus on the lesson and the example of how these to people chose to follow their hearts inspite of public opinion.  I would also encourage you rather than read the tabloids to determine the character of these or any other individuals, speak to or listen to the people in their lives.

In both cases, when you hear the friends and family of both Michael and Farah, it is clear that they where both incredibly loving people who deeply touched those around them in a meaningful way.  To me that is the best indication of a life well lived.

Thank you and God Bless you Michael and Farah for allowing us to experience you and your gifts here on earth.  We know that you are now basked in the love of Spirit and peacefully resting after your long journey home.

It’s Inspirational Wednesday, and today I want to ask you one question.  How committed are you to your dreams.  What action are you prepared to take right here and right now to make your dreams a reality?  What are you prepared to do to the resistance that has shown its face to often in the past and kept you from your dreams?

I love films, and I am a huge Al Pacino fan.  Even if don’t know a thing about football, there is a scene in the film on any given Sunday that I encourage you watch. There is a football team that has a dream.  Yet in spite of their dream they have allowed their personal egos to get in the way of that dream, and the team is self destructing and their dream is slipping away.  Can you relate?

In the scene the Oach played by Al Pacino senses the desperation of the situation and realizes he must give the “pep talk” of his career in order to bring the team together and do what needs to be done to take care of business.

I encourage you to think about your dream, and watch the video clip below of the scene I’ve been talking about.  Then ask yourself the question “What am I prepared to do make my dreams a reality?

Be aware of all the inches around you all the time.  Remember, even if you feel like you are all alone and don’t have a team, the truth is you always have Spirit on your side.  As long as your dream is for the highest good of all concerned, there is no better team to be had.

While it would be great if our dreams simply came to us gracefully and easily, and that is always a possibility, sometimes Spirit just needs to know that we are truly commited and want what we say we want.  Some times we have to “fight” and claim what is our destiny.

You were born with a purpose and a mission.  The time is now to claim it and fulfiil it.
