It is Empowerment Monday, and if you are a regular visitor to this blog, you probably noticed I missed the last two scheduled posts, and for that I apologize. I am not one that likes to offer excuses, I will simply say that while I was in Las Vegas last week with my wife and mother in law, I picked up some type of bug that knocked me on my a** for a few days.
Making sure that I post as promised is very important to me, and I want you to know that for me not to have posted last Wednesday & Friday, meant that something pretty serious had to be going on. Since it is rare that I ever get sick, it always gets my attention, and causes me to evaluate what I am doing and what I am thinking.
I am still evaluating the situation, however the one thing I am clear on is that I have allowed myself to become so focused on a variety of projects this past year, that I have not devoted enough time to taking care of myself on many levels, and mostly physical health. I believe health has to be a number one priority for all of us. Without great health, not much else really matters.
So I am re-dedicating myself to making my health a top priority in my life again. I will be detailing my full plan next week, and anyone that wants to join in with me is welcome. Right now, as a way of saying I’m sorry for not fulfilling my obligation of posting last week, I am offering free one-on-one empowerment sessions with me next week.
I most likely won’t be able to have a session with everyone that responds, however if you send me an email within the next 24-48 hours there is a pretty good chance you will get one of the one hour slots. Just send me an email with a choice of a couple of different day and times next week when you will be available, and I will confirm your session within 24 hours.

It’s Empowerment Monday, and today I want to share with you my top ten affirmations for weight release. Notice I said “release” and not weight loss. If you lose something, there is always the chance that you will find it again. If you release something, you lovingly let it go never to return.
It’s Empowerment Monday, and today I want to share with you my personal top ten list for attracting and/or creating your ideal career. So lets get to it.
