I had the opportunity and pleasure recently to interview Claire Vangethongo Shields, and and Nina Bothma, Co-founders of Integrating Healing Styles in South Africa. Their primary mission is to empower people to take responsibilty for their health and healing.

Among other things, they have created a unique and beautiful Chakra Poster that incorporates the healing modalities of the East, West, and African Traditions.  This is a wonderful resource for anyone wanting to take responsibility for their health, as well as those whose profession it is to heal others.

While too small to really appreciate it fully here, the graphic to the left is the Chakra Poster that Claire and Nina created along with Artist Lesley Moerdyk.
