Yesterday I mentioned that I declaring a war against the limiting thoughts that have caused too many people to suffer needlessly.  In that post I offered a powerful subliminal Chakra Affirmations MP3.

Today and over the next several days I will be sharing some information about each of the seven main chakras, and how they relate to various areas of our lives.  I will also be sharing a number of powerful affirmations you can use to release the limiting thoughts that are blocking the energy in that chakra.

Today we start with some information and affirmations to release the limiting beliefs that block the energy of the Root Chakra.  Tomorrow we will move on to the Sacral Chakra.

Root Chakra

Color – Red

Associated Body Parts
Kidneys, blood, the skeletal system. Common physical problems resulting form an imbalanced Root chakra are conditions affecting the feet, knees, and hips, including arthritis, kidney stones, osteoporosis, bone problems and autoimmune deficiency conditions.

Life Experience

The energy of the Root Chakra administers our life force. It is concerned with the qualities of security, structure, and stability. When the energy of the Root Chakra is flowing freely we feel grounded and supported as we travel along our journey through life.

However, if there is an imbalance in your Root Chakra, you are likely to experience the world as an unstable and unsafe place to be. There will likely be a lack of structure in your life and you will tend to struggle to move forward and experience the life you desire..

In freeing any blocked or negative energy in the Root Chakra, it is necessary to cultivate an attitude and a an inner feeling of trust in the goodness of life and our right to live the life we want.

Today I want to share with information about the third Chakra or Solar Plexis Chakra

The Experience Of A Balanced Solar Plexis Chakra

The Solar Plexis Chakra relates to our personal power, our right to live the life we deserve and desire.  When the Solar Plexis Chakra is balanced, and the energy is flowing freely, we honor and respect ourselves and thereby communicate to others that we are worthy of being treated with respect. We know and accept that we are worthy of the best in life simply because we exist.

The Experience Of An Out Of Balance Solar Plexis Chakra

When the energy of our Solar Plexis Chakra is blocked or out of balance, we may not feel worthy of taking care of ourselves in the manner we deserve.  We may not honor and respect ourselves and our bodies, and as a result we communicate to others not to respect us.

If you recognize that you have one or more relationships in your life where you are being mistreated and disrespected, it is quite likely that there is a block or imbalance of energy in your Solar Plexis Chakra.

Achieving A Perfectly Balanced & Harmonized Solar Plexis Chakra

As has been mentioned in this series already, to remove the block and restore the Chakra to perfect balance and harmony, you can use meditation, visualization, affirmations, color therapy etc.
