When the energy of the Brow Chakra is flowing freely we are able to easily discern our highest good, as well as profound awareness and intuition.

When there is an imbalance in the Brow Chakra the tendency is to experience a life where we believe that who we are is not enough, and that we are not worthy of having the life we say we want.  As a result we fail to honor our true light.

In freeing the enregy of the Brow Chakra, we need to cultivate thoughts and feelings of inner wisdom, intuition, and enlightment.

Today is the final installment of the Freeing Your Mind, Healing Your Body, and Evolving Your Soul Series.   Today we will look at the Crown Chakra.

The Energy Of The Crown Chakra

When The energy of the Crown Chakra is flowing freely we experience a deep connection to a higher power, and recognize that this Divine force flows through us and allows us to attain ever deeper levels of consciousness.  We tend to be “In The Flow” more often than not.

When the energy of the Crown Chakra is blocked, we become disconnected from the Divine energy.  We begin to think that is through our efforts alone that we create and achieve things in our life.  Life tends to be more of a struggle as we exert more and more effort to try and achieve what we desire.

If you recognize that you are not in the flow, and that life is more often a struggle than a graceful and easy experience, then it is likely that you could benefit greatly from a Crown Chakra meditation.

A Crown Chakra Meditation

I will be releasing a complete and very powerful series of Chakra Guided recordings in March. In the mean time, you can simply get into a comfortable and relaxed position and gently close your eyes.  Start by noticing your breathing as you breathe in and breathe out.  Then as you become more relaxed visualize or imagine a warm ball of violette light that is filled with powerful healing energy.

Imagine this violette ball of light spinning clock wise as the color intensifies.  As this warm ball of violette light continues to spin clockwise become aware of it sucking out all the negative energy and blocks from your Crown Chakra just as a vacuum sucks up dirt from a carpet.

All of the negative energy and blocks are instantly transmuted by the warm ball of violet light into love for everything around you.  You may also want to repeat one or more of the affirmations below as part of your meditation.

Completing The Crown Chakra Meditation

Before completing your meditation, take a moment to seal your Throat Chakra with a cross of white light within a circle of white light.  Then take a deep breathe and when you are ready open your eyes.  It is always a good idea to drink some water after the meditation. This will help to ground you fully in the presence as well as anchor the positive experience of the meditation.

Final Thoughts

Science has proven that their is a web of energy that connects everything in our world.  Every person, every animal, every tree, Everything.  Within the last twenty years scientists have begun calling this energy that is everywhere all the time and connected to everything “The Mind of God”.

It is this Mind of God Energy field from which all possibilities are created.  Each one of us has the ability to directly influence this field of energy with our thoughts fueled by our human emotion.  Each chakra is a  vortex of energy that influences specific areas of our bodies and our lives. In working with chakra meditations, become aware of each chakra’s connection to this Mind of God Energy field.
