Stomache, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, small intestine, muscles. An imbalance in the Solar Plexus Chakra can result in indegestion, acid stomache, ulcers, hepatitis, gallstones, pancraititis, and diabetes.

Life Experience

The energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra allows us to experience the fullness of our personal power and confidence in who we truly are and are meant to be. When the energy of The Solar Plexus chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we question our right to be who we are. We seek the approval and acceptance of others by trying to be who they think we should be.

In freeing the energy of Solar Plexus Chakra we need to cultivate thoughts and feelings of being enough exactly the way we are. We need to recognize that we are worthy and we are enough simply because we exist.

On this the first day of June 2010, I want to give you a gift.  I have recently recorded a Subliminal Chakra Affirmations MP3.  It contains some beautiful music tuned to the seven main chakras, as well as the healing sounds of ocean waves.  Imbedded within the music and the waves are wonderful healing affirmations for each of the seven main chakras.

In addition to offering this gift to you, I want to let you know that day is significant in another way.  Today I am declaring war.  While all who know me, consider me to be a peaceful person.  I have made a conscious choice that enough is enough.

As I look around me I see too many people suffering needlessly.  I see too many people living a life of lack needlessly.  I see too many people living without love in their life needlessly.  Too many people are experiencing these and other pains in their life needlessly.

As a result I am committed to empowering everyone ( who chooses to break free from the prison of their limiting beliefs) with the tools, the techniques, and the knowledge to once and for all live the life they where born to live.

And just to set the record straight everyone including you were born to live a life of perfect abundance, peace, joy, vibrant health, and love.

I will be posting daily on this blog for at least the next 30 days to share some of the most powerful information and tools I know to release limiting beliefs once and for all.  You will finally be able to get out of your head (and out of your own way) and into your heart, where your path before you will be clear.

Up to this point in the series we have looked at the Root, the sacral, The Solar Plexus, The Heart, and the Throat charkas.  That brings us to the Brow or Third Eye chakra.

When the energy of our Brow chakra is flowing freely, we experience a connection and trust in a higher source to guide us through the peaks and valleys of life.  We engage in Spiritual pursuits as well as physical adventures, and we make wholesome choices that serve us.

When the energy of the Brow chakra is blocked, we limit ourselves to only those we resources that we deem “rational” without incorporating either the emotional or spiritual aspects of life.  We also tend to be more judgemental with a limited outlook on life.

If you find yourself trapped by the limitations of your thoughts, and that you are lacking in energy for life, while being disconnected or unaware of a higher source, then doing a meditation specifically for the Brow chakra would be beneficial for you.  I will have a complete set of Chakra meditations coming out in March.

In the mean time, you can simply get into a comfortable and relaxed position and gently close your eyes.  Start by noticing your breathing as you breathe in and breathe out.  Then as you become more relaxed visualize or imagine a warm ball of indigo light that is filled with powerful healing energy.

Imagine this indigo ball of light spinning clock wise as the color intensifies.  As this warm ball of indigo light continues to spin clockwise become aware of it sucking out all the negative energy and blocks from your Brow Chakra just as a vacuum sucks up dirt from a carpet.

All of the negative energy and blocks are instantly transmuted into love for everything around you.  You may also want to repeat one or more of the affirmations below as part of your meditation.

Brow Chakra Affirmations

I open myself to my inner guidance and deepest wisdom

Before completing your meditation, take a moment to seal your Throat Chakra with a cross of white light within a circle of white light.  Then take a deep breathe and when you are ready open your eyes.  It is always a good idea to drink some water after the meditation. This will help to ground you fully in the presence as well as anchor the positive experience of the meditation.
