It should be noted that Frank and I experienced a number of technical challenges conducting the interview over the internet.  He lives in mountains in Thailand, I live in Los Angeles.  We got disconnected a few times, and had some other interference on the line.

None the less we persevered, and I believe the end result is some great content, that a lot of people can benefit.  I edited out as much of the technical interference as possible, though from time to time you may hear some soft echos in the back ground.
