I Have To Make A Confession

I have to confess that until a few months ago I had not done any specific work with Chakras, nor engaged in any in depth study of them.  It was while I was preparing for my seminar “Freeing Your Mind & Living From Your Heart”, that I felt guided to investigate how Chakras work.  I have since read about a half a dozen books on the subject, consulted with various experts.

What I Discovered

What I discovered was that many of the things that keep people stuck in their life (and in their head) and block them from having a strong connection to their heart, are related to blocked energy especially in the lower three chakras. As a result, I created two brand new process for that seminar incorporating the Chakras into the meditations.

Fantastic Results

The results were so fantastic that I have decided to take it a step further.  I am currently creating a complete series of Chakra Guided Meditations that I  believe will truly facilitate anyone in freeing their mind, healing their body, and evolving their soul.

The Elements of Each Chakra Guided Meditation

In addition to my voice (which many have claimed to be healing in and of itself) each meditation will also contain specific music for each Chakra that is being meditated on.  Within the music will be powerful subliminal affirmations to enhance the power and impact of the meditation.  Finally, bianural beets will be incorporated into each meditation which will put the subconscious mind into the most resourceful state for releasing all negatives and accepting all positives.

What Is To Come Over The Next Few Weeks

Over the next couple of weeks I will be sharing what I have discovered about each Chakra so that you to can utilize this information in your own life.  I will also be sharing a sample of the guided meditations I have created for each chakra.  On Wednesday I will be writing about the Root Chakra, and sharing a sample of the Root Chakra Guided Meditation I created.
