Starting today there are only 100 days left in the year. For many the hopes and dreams they began the year with (not to mention their life) are a distant memory, and they are waiting for next year to begin again. If you find that being your experience I only have one question for you. WHY WAIT? The world is eagerly awaiting the fulfillment of your dreams and the sharing of your gifts.
You have waited long enough already, whether it be years, decades, or your whole life, your dreams have been put on hold long enough. I encourage you to make a choice now to rededicate yourself to yourself and to your dreams. I promise you, even if you only spend five minutes a day for the next hundred days you’ll discover that you will find yourself feeling better and accomplishing more than you ever have before.
You may bethinking, how can I accomplish anything in only five minutes a day? It really comes down to what you choose to do in those five minutes. Too many people think or have been conditioned to think, that to make any meaningful changes in your life you need to spend a lot of time and exert a lot of effort. Without the right tools, that belief is probably the reality.
It doesn’t have to be your reality. I am going to share three simple steps with you. I guarantee you that if you follow these three steps every night before you go to bed, on December 31st 2009, you will truly have something to celebrate.
Here’s the three steps.
STEP 1: Within 1/2 hour (the magical 1/2 hour) before you go to bed, say between five and ten of your most relevant affirmations. The way I want you to say them is by taking a powerful stance, put one or both of your hands on your heart, and with as much positive anergy and emotion state your affirmations.
STEP 2: After powerfully stating your positive affirmations you will then write those same affirmations in a special notebook that you will use soley for that purpose. Let me emphasize write as opposed to print your affirmations. By writing, your affirmations you go directly into your subconscious mind.
STEP 3: The final step is to vividly visualize or imagine for 1-2 minutes how your life will be when you all of your affirmations have fully manifested in your life. What will it look like, feel like, what will you be doing, etc?
You can easily complete all three steps in less than five minutes, and because you are combining the power of your subconscious mind with the power of the magical half hour, you will experience dramatic positive results in your life.

Now even though I have shared with you a way that you can dramatically improve your life in only five minutes a day, odds are still pretty high that between the time you read this and the time you go to bed, your conscious mind will find a way to talk you out of it.

You owe to yourself and to your dreams to do something different.
