Writing Your Way To A Life Of Perfect Abundance

Writing as opposed to printing is an ideomotor response, which means it is a direct link to your subconscious mind. That’s why even in the technological world of email, PDA’s, smart phones etc. I believe writing is one of the most powerful tools you can use to create a life of perfect abundance.
So what, when, and how do I recommend you write? If you have read any of my previous articles on programming the subconscious mind, then you know I believe that the 1/2 hour before you go to bed is the most powerful time.
As for what you write, first look at what is not working in your life right now. After identifying what is not working, identify what the opposite experience would be. For Example:
Current Experience: I experience tremendous stress and anxiety because I never seem to have enough money to pay all of my bills
Opposite Experience: I am gracefully and easily able to pay all of my bills all of the time from my overflowing abundance.
Once you have identified the opposite experience, (the experience you would like to have in your life), you can then create and write three or more powerful affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind to start creating your life of perfect abundance.
Using the example above, some of the affirmations you might write are:
I am attracting abundance from many sources everyday.
All of my needs are abundantly met.
I am joyfully paying all of my bills from my overflowing abundance.
Finally, how do I recommend you write them? I encourage you to use a notebook or journal specifically for this purpose. This will help to keep what you write very clear and uncluttered. I suggest you keep your journal by your bed or perhaps on your pillow as a reminder to write your affirmations before you go to bed.
So to recap the steps of writing your way to a life of perfect abundance, the steps are:
1. Identify one or more areas in your life that are not working the way you would like them to.
2. For each area you identify, imagine what the opposite experience would be.
3. For each opposite experience, create and write three or more affirmations. Write these affirmations in a notebook or journal before you go to bed each night.
That’s it. Follow these three simple steps consistently, and you can dramatically improve any area of your life, and experience a life of perfect abundance.
