Forgiveness & Gratitude: The Dynamic Duo Of Personal Growth

There are many things we can choose to incorporate into our lives to make them better; positive thinking, focusing on our desired outcomes, becoming centered in our hearts, etc.  However, I challenge anyone to come up with a more powerful combination than Forgiveness & Gratitude or as I like to refer to them “The Dynamic Duo Of Personal Growth”

In my own life and in so many lives I have observed, I have seen too much unnecessary pain and suffering and wasted energy that is the direct result of our choosing not to forgive someone.  Take a moment and think about it.  We expend an awful lot of energy and mental focus in not forgiving someone.  The irony is that we “think” we are punishing the other person and in some ways that may be true, yet we are the ones who suffer the most when we choose not to forgive.

There’s an awful lot of energy being tied up in not forgiving that could serve you much better and more powerfully if you would only choose to forgive.

One of the most powerful habits you can adopt for your self is to end each day by expressing your gratitude for all that you are grateful for in your life. Follow this up by forgiving yourself and others for what you perceive should have been done differently.

If you do this on a daily basis, it won’t be long before you notice your energy and your outlook on life are more positive and uplifting.
